Tracey Williams grew up in the small town of Grass Valley, California, before moving to San Diego to attend San Diego State University. What was originally meant to be a college experience quickly turned into a lifelong decision, and she has been proud to call San Diego home ever since. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, operations and human resources. Tracey enjoys helping businesses improve their financial operations, simplify processes, and build a strong foundation for growth. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including hospitality, startups, financial services, nonprofits, and publicly traded companies. Passionate about solving complex business challenges, she enjoys developing efficient processes, mentoring team members, and leveraging AI technology to help organizations work smarter and operate more effectively. Outside of work, Tracey is an avid traveler who is always planning her next adventure. She has a passion for AI and enjoys exploring new technologies that can transform the way businesses operate. At home, she is happily outnumbered by her four fur babies, two dogs and two cats, and loves spending time with her amazing group of family and friends. Whether she’s traveling, attending concerts or sporting events, or simply enjoying time with the people she loves, Tracey believes that building meaningful relationships is just as important as building successful businesses.
